Definitely one of if not the most protective case currently available for the switch 2 which is 95% a pro. Only cons is you NEED to buy they're carry case. The switch will not fit in a normal sized carry case anymore. And the weight becomes noticeably heaftier. Feels like I'm weight training when using gyro controls on splatoon.my switch has now been nicknamed "the turtle" in my house now. If you want a bulky and durable case, look no further.

If you are looking for a case that stops the joycons from jiggling while playing in handheld mode this is one of the best. Only possible improvement would be if the joycon holder was a little thinner, with how thick they are buttons and analog sticks feel smaller than they do without. Not a bad thing, just different.

Solid grip protection

Most ergonomic of all the mumba/supcase family. I tried the unicorn beetle (which was my second favorite) and the blade (weird ergonomics), and this one had a superior feel, while still having a kick stand. It is super easy to hold for extended play sessions. It is also dockable.

Protective and convenient

Please note, this review is being posted ahead of the Switch 2's launch, and is based solely on the case itself.I've been impressed with Mumba's Switch and Switch 2 accessories so far, and this case is another excellent example. The build quality looks great, and the addition of the cartridge holder is a welcome addition for anyone that wants to use their Switch 2 on the go, but doesn't want to bring a bulkier travel case. The portion of the case that holds cartridges does stay in place if you angle it upward, so it won't get in the way while docking the Switch 2, either.Overall, it looks high quality and with a well thought out design.
