Shipping policy

General

Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (although orders generally ship out sooner). Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or postal holidays.

Domestic Shipments

Orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in the great state of Georgia generally via DHL SmartMail Parcel (standard shipping). Larger quantity orders are shipped utilizing FedEx Ground. By utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery, DHL SmartMail Parcel is able to reach any domestic address, including PO boxes. Domestic shipping time is typically 5-7 business days. (Please note domestic shipping can sometimes take longer due to courier and delivery issues that are beyond our control.)

International Shipments

International orders are shipped through a postal pre-sorter to ensure we can offer the lowest international rates, which means there may be a sorting delay between the actual shipment and the tracking shown by USPS.

Due to the policy of the game country, customers in some regions may need to go to the post office to pick up the goods by themselves.

We have divided our U.S. shipping into two zones for precise pricing:

1. Alaska & Hawaii (AK&HI)

• Standard Shipping to Alaska&Hawaii: Flat rate of $8.99

2. Contiguous U.S. (Domestic, 49 states including the 48 contiguous states & Washington D.C.)

Shipping Restriction: Delivery is not available to remote islands (including outlying islets of U.S. territories) and military postal addresses (including Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP)). We recommend confirming whether your delivery address falls within these restricted categories prior to placing an order to avoid order cancellation or delivery failure.
