Shipping policy
General
Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be processed and shipped (although orders generally ship out sooner). Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or postal holidays.
Domestic Shipments
Orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in Georgia, generally via DHL SmartMail Parcel for standard shipping. Larger-quantity orders may be shipped via FedEx Ground. Because DHL SmartMail Parcel uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery, it can reach most domestic addresses, including PO boxes. Estimated delivery times vary by shipping service and are listed in the rate table below. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to courier or delivery issues beyond our control.
International Shipments
International orders are shipped through a postal pre-sorter to help us offer lower international rates. As a result, there may be a delay between the date your order is shipped and the first tracking update shown by USPS.
Due to local delivery or customs requirements in the destination country, customers in some regions may need to collect their package from a local post office or designated pickup location.
South Korea Customs Clearance
Orders shipped to South Korea require the recipient’s full legal name, mobile phone number, and Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC/PCC). The recipient information must match the information registered with Korea Customs. Missing or incorrect information may result in customs delays, failed delivery, or the package being returned.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time.

We have divided U.S. shipping into two zones for precise pricing:
1. Alaska & Hawaii (AK & HI)
- Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: $8.99 flat rate
2. Contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.)

Shipping Restriction: Delivery is not available to remote islands (including outlying islets of U.S. territories) or military postal addresses, including Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP). We recommend confirming whether your delivery address falls within these restricted categories before placing an order to avoid order cancellation or delivery failure.

Backorders
If one or more items in your order are out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available. Once your complete order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly afterward.
