For Switch OLED (2021)

Mumba currently offers three Nintendo Switch OLED cases. All are dockable and allow Joy-Con removal without taking off the case:

Yes. Every Mumba Nintendo Switch OLED case is designed to fit the official dock without removal. You can charge the console and connect to your TV while the case stays on. Precise cutouts ensure that all ports, buttons, and air vents remain fully accessible. This applies to both the Blade Series and the Thunderbolt Series.

Yes. Both the Blade Series and the Thunderbolt Series use a split-piece design. The main body of the case covers the console, and the side pieces cover each Joy-Con independently. You can slide out either Joy-Con at any time without disturbing the console's protection.

No. The Nintendo Switch OLED has a larger 7-inch screen and a slightly different body shape compared to the original Switch (6.2-inch screen) and the Switch Lite (5.5-inch screen). Mumba's OLED cases are built specifically for the OLED model dimensions and will not fit older consoles. Mumba offers separate case lines for the original Switch (2017) and the Switch Lite (2019).

No. Mumba's Switch OLED case lineup includes a cutout on the back panel that gives full access to the wide adjustable kickstand. You can open and adjust the kickstand to any angle without removing the case. This means tabletop mode works the same as it does without a case.

The Blade Series uses a dual-layer construction. The inner layer is soft thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which absorbs shock from drops and bumps. The outer layer is rigid polycarbonate (PC), which resists scratches and surface damage. Both sides include an anti-slip textured TPU surface to ensure a secure hold during handheld gameplay.

It is highly resistant to yellowing. The Thunderbolt Series uses polycarbonate treated with an anti-yellowing coating to remain crystal clear under normal indoor use. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat can cause any clear plastic to develop a slight tint over time. So, avoid leaving the Switch OLED case on a car dashboard or windowsill for extended periods.

Mumba provides a 365-day warranty on all Nintendo Switch OLED cases. If the case cracks or breaks under normal use within one year of purchase, Mumba will replace it free of charge.
