The Nintendo Switch 2 accessories, to start with, depend on how you play. Here is a quick priority guide:

• Screen Protector: Essential for every player. Apply it before you start using the console.
• Protective Case: Sold on our Cases page. Protects against drops and adds an ergonomic grip.
• Carrying Case: If you take your Switch 2 outside the house, a hard-shell case is a must.
• Play Grip: Great for longer handheld sessions. Reduces hand fatigue on the Joy-Con 2 controllers.
• Cartridge Case: Useful once you own more than a few physical game cards.
  

The Mumba Screen Protector pack includes 2 tempered glass protectors (9H hardness) and a dust-free installation chamber. The chamber creates a clean environment, so no dust particles get trapped under the glass.

Installation takes approximately 60 seconds with no extra tools needed:

• Place your Switch 2 inside the installation chamber. 
• Peel off the backing film. 
• Press down on the glass; it will self-align to the screen edges automatically.

Both are Switch 2 accessories designed as Joy-Con 2 attachments, but they serve different purposes:

• Play Grip: Features an ergonomic, rounded handle. Reduces hand cramping during long play sessions. Best for general handheld and tabletop gaming.
• Drive Grip: Features a steering wheel-shaped design. Designed specifically for racing games (you tilt the wheel to steer). Each set includes 2 wheels for multiplayer.
  
  

The Mouse Grip is a new Joy-Con 2 attachment that turns your controller into a mouse-style pointing device.

• Compatibility: Designed for titles that support the Switch 2's new mouse control feature, such as strategy, simulation, and pointer-based games. 
• Features: Includes an ergonomic shell and a built-in stand. (Note: Only the grip is included; Joy-Con 2 controllers are sold separately.)
  
  

The Mumba Charging Dock is a Joy-Con 2 charging station only. It does not charge the Switch 2 console itself. You slide both Joy-Con 2 controllers into the dock, and they charge via the dock's USB-C connection. This is useful when you play in TV mode with a Pro Controller and want to keep your Joy-Cons topped off.

The Mumba Cartridge Case holds up to 12 game cards. The case has a compact, pocket-friendly design with a secure snap closure that keeps cards from falling out during travel. It is fully cross-compatible with game cards from the Nintendo Switch 2, Switch OLED, original Switch, and Switch Lite.

Most Mumba Nintendo Switch 2 accessories are designed exclusively for the 2025 model.

• Not Compatible with Older Models: Screen Protector, Play Grip, Drive Grip, Mouse Grip, Wrist Strap, and Charging Dock (these only fit the Switch 2).
